It was a "fair cop" Actually 4 fair cops with speakers from the Police, including representatives from the neighborhood police team, the river police and special branch. An entertaining and informative evening.

The beneficiaries of monies raised from the Grand Ole Oprey, attended tonight's meeting and were each given cheques for 1,000 pounds. They included Bernardo's, Saltburn Friends of the Valley, Great North Air Ambulance & Saltburn Community Arts Centre.

It was a welcome return to Harrogate when Mal & Sue, Paul & Elspeth, Judith & Tom and Dave & Anne attended the Rotary GB&I Conference. A weekend of great fellowship and speakers. Highlights included Simon Weston's speech & the dinner dance

The club held a Christmas Dance, organised by Mike Sellars, at the Golf Club, Saltburn which included a carvery and live show band. Tickets were 15 pounds each and with a raffle added, raised over £600 for Rotary charities.Sun 16th December 2012 Carols Round the Tree

The GSE Team from District 2482 (Bulgaria) were hosted by the club for 4 days. As well as trips to York & Whitby they gave a presentation to Rotarians from the Rotary clubs of Saltburn, Guisborough, Redcar and Stokesley at Saltburn Golf Club.Wed 26th September 2012 Speaker Meeting

7 brave souls including Foundation Chair Judith Ord, former GSE team member Helen Ord & Anne Sadler, wife of DGE Dave literally got the new Rotary year off to a flyer by taking part in DG Celia's Zipwire event raisng £560 for MS & £800 for local causes
