Tue 30th June 2015 5th Tuesday evening event: A Twilight visit to Banham Zoo

An opportunity to go round the zoo at a time when many animals are at their most active and after the public have gone. There will be a meal after the tour at 8pm. Meet at 6 at Banham.

Prof Steve Church, from Dept of Medieval History at the UEA will talk to us about the Magna Carta and what is being done for the 800th celebrations this year

What can be found under the ground of Norwich with a metal detector. Graeme will bring along interesting 'finds'.

Tue 19th May 2015 Mike Smith will talk on the 1st year of his retirement

Mike will tell us what the first year has been like. For the older members it will be a reminder, for the younger ones a taste of what's in store!!

Adam will tell us of the work of MINT (part of City College that helps youngsters get jobs) and then with Kieran, discuss the benefit of getting onto RYLA.

Mark will update us on this group that he set up and runs in Rotary International and will focus on what we can do as an individual or as a club

Rotarian Brian gives examples of how micro-finance is used in the third world, and the benefits it brings. 2/3 of beneficiaries around the world are women.

David will ask us " You decide", in a couple of court case scenarios created from his time on the bench
