TAMs works with allotmenteers to collect and sell their surplus produce and then use profits realised to support good food and good eating initiatives. John was a researcher at the Marine Lab in Aberdeen and Explorer was the research vessel going out in all weathers. He gives a highly entertaining and informative talk about their work and about the characters who crewed the boat.
