Picnic Lunch at Tanglewood


Members and family enjoyed some late summer sunshine near Sancreed at the weekend. For most, Tanglewood was a previously unexplored delight, with its picnic areas, lakes and paths and myriad of quirky features. A 'must visit' for young families.

Vintage & Classic Cars on the Promenade.


The 4th annual Vintage & Classic Car Rally took place on Sunday. The crowds enjoyed 112 wonderful vehicles, sea views and live music. The event was sponsored by Chris Nicholls Motors. Funds were raised for the Fishermen's Mission and other Rotary cause

Return to Bansang Hospital


Lutz and the two Davids reached Bansang Hospital in a remote area of Gambia last week after a three week journey. They are donating a Four Wheel Drive car plus a trailer full of educational items, clothing and medical aids.

The Rotary Shop


The Rotary Shop is unique among Charity Shops in that it raises funds for a wide range of local community groups and charities. Tens of thousands of pounds have been distributed to a wide range of sports, welfare and community groups in the area.

The 2017 Rotary Ramble raised over £8,000 in just one day.


Muddy Fundraising - The tenth annual Rotary Ramble was a muddy affair but over 150 walkers took part and more than twenty good causes will benefit from more than £8,000 that has been raised.
