Disaster Relief Collections

Skittles v Cirencester


RWBTRC took on Cirencester RC at the Elliot Arms in South Cerney and came home the victors by 365 pins to 364. Several played scored more than 9 in a single frame but it all came done to the final ball played by Harry "Golden Balls" McLaughlin.

Ali Stone, her parents Chris & Jenny and friends Jill & Paul Franklin have recently returned from a self-funded charity mission to take learning and personal supplies to and orphanage and Literacy School in Ghana

Club Annual Golf Day


The Club's annual Golf Day took the form of an 18-hole Texas Scramble at the Woodbridge Park Golf Club in Brinkworth. The money raised will provide urgently needed delivery and neonatal equipment in Burkina Faso, West Africa.

Coffee Morning for Wiltshire Air Ambulance Funds


"We're For The Community" and we raised £270 in 2 hours - a terrific result and great fun for all involved. Not just the oldies came along and everyone enjoyed some really yummy cakes with their coffee. Well done to Marie and all her helpers.

Christmas Sleigh Collection


Father Christmas's sleigh has been repainted and relit to bring festive music to the folks of RWB in the run-up to Christmas. The first week's collections raised £1231 - a terrific show of generosity by the people of RWB.

Lights Night


Annual Christmas street festival of lights. RWBTRC offered soup and mulled wine in the Charity Shop and sold the annual calendar and bows for the Christmas tree form the stall on the High Street.

Charity Shop Raises £2500


Our Charity Shop at the rear of RWB Post Office has now closed but it raised £2500 in the 5 weeks that it was open thanks to Marie Bernhardt and her army (small) of Club Members, wives and friends
