We heard of this natural disaster through the press and Rotary network. A proposal was put forward by International Chairman Andrew Brealy to the club this morning (26th) which was approved unanimously and the Shelterbox was purchased.

RC Chestfield gave £750 for a feature stone to top one of the restored cathedral pinnacles. A glass paperweight with a secret grid reference to a time capsule was sealed into the void-to be found by future generations for an insight into life today
