The Rotary Club of Neston as in previous years has arranged for the Mayor to switch on the Christmas Lights at Neston Cross at 7pm on Friday 30 November.

Prior to the switch on, the choir from Neston High School will be singing carols supported by the school’s band. The Rotary Club will be distributing hymn sheets so that parents and children can join in.

As the lights are switched on, Santa will arrive to talk to the children and distribute a small gift.

Each night from Monday 3^rd December to Thursday 6^th,, Santa in the Rotary carol wagon will tour the roads around  Neston giving children another opportunity to talk to Santa. The carol wagon and Santa will also be at Gordales on Saturday 8^th and Sunday 9^th December.

Last year collections carried out during the various activities raised £2,345 for charities and it is hoped to once again raise a similar amount.
