Welcome to the website of the Rotary Club of Newcastle-under-Lyme
The Rotary Club of Newcastle under Lyme, founded in 1929, is the oldest of five Rotary Clubs in the ancient town of Newcastle under Lyme, located in North Staffordshire England. Although part of the town can trace its history back to Roman times it is believed that it was in 1173 that King Henry II gave the town its Charter conferring on it the status of a borough.
