Welcome to the Rotary Club of Leatherhead

The Rotary Club of Leatherhead is part of the world-wide organisation, Rotary International, which is made up of almost 30,000 clubs and 1.2 million members.

Each club has its own style within Rotary. The Leatherhead Club has an active membership of local business and professional people (men and women) and meets on Wednesday evenings above Carlo's Trattoria Restaurant in Fetcham. The evenings have different formats, speakers, discussions, social etc.

The Leatherhead Club has been serving the local community since 1953. Its members come from a wide variety of backgrounds and use their vocational skills in the various projects that the Club undertakes.

What exactly do we do?

We raise money for local and international charitable projects.

We support local charities and needy causes by providing practical help (service to the community). This might be:

• Running fund raising and charitable events,
• Cooking and serving turkeys at the Leatherhead Pitstop Christmas Day Lunch,
• Arranging the annual "Kids Out" Experience for children from the West Hill School.
• Organising the inter-schools public speaking competition "Youth Speaks"
• Organising the annual Charity Golf Day
• Providing Aqua Boxes as part of disaster relief
• Many other activities

We also have a lot of fun.

So what would we like to do?

We would like to do more. There are so many worthy causes and people that could benefit from our help. Unfortunately there is only so much we can do.

So what could YOU do?
