About us

Rotary in Marlow 

The Rotary Club of Marlow has been serving the community for 8 decades, it is a club of like minded people from all walks of life.  With a membership of 45 male and female, we meet on a regular basis and get involved in many projects locally and internationally, sometimes this involves simply raising money, but we get regularly involved as a 'hands on' Club, helping the elderly, the young and the disabled.  We enjoy a good social life.  Being a Rotarian is about having fun and helping others.

Ebola Crisis - The On-going Legacy                   

In September 2014 the Rotary Club of Marlow started collecting money to help support the Rotary Club of Monrovia in their fight against the appalling spread of Ebola. 

The campaign initially was to supply protective clothing, sterilising and washing facilities and general help for those quarantined or displaced with food and clothing.  Education was a high priority from the start, and we believe that the co-operation between the Rotary Club of Monrovia, the communities, the Hospitals and the Government has had a major influence on the reduction of the re-infection rate.

Our campaign has now moved into a second phase, where we plan to use the Rotary Global Grant process to look to the future with sustainable projects to help with the legacy of Ebola.  More information about this can be found in our newsletters which are attached in PDF form.  If you would like to donate, then please click the MyDonate button below and if you would like to be added to our mailing list, please email:   jonson@sky.com

Would you like to join us

Enjoy the fellowship, have fun and help the Marlow communitity and communities overseas. The Rotary Club of Marlow meets at lunchtime on Thursdays at the Grouse and Ale in Lane End

Membership is open to all adults, but you don't have to be a member to come and see what we do. Guests are always welcome at our meetings and events.
