About us

President David Hughes welcomes you to the website of the

Rotary Club of Oxford Isis.

ROTARY YEAR 2023 - 2024

A very warm welcome to our website.

We are a club of around 30 members and we meet twice a month at The Oxford Golf Club.

Our Club is part of a global network of 46 000+ Clubs worldwide with over 1.4 million members forming one of the largest community service organisation.

As Rotary members we feel we have a shared responsibility to address some of the world’s issues.

  •  Promote peace
  • Fight disease
  •  Provide clean water, sanitation, and hygiene
  • Support education
  • Protect the environment

And we try to do this through our International projects.

We also like support local charities and we do this through our fundraising events such as

  • The Cowley Classic Car Show on Bank Holiday Monday August 28th 2023
  • The Rotary Santa Sleigh in Woodstock and surrounding areas

Organising and running these events are great fun (and hard work)  but at the same time very rewarding.

Our goal is to support the community, whilst also having fun.

So feel free to have a look round the site to find out more about us.

If you feel you would like to join us or just want more information contact our Club Secretary on the email address below.
