ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All items put up for sale have been generously donated.  All the organisers are volunteers.  Proceeds will go to Formby Rotary Club's Nepal School Project.

The highest bidder will be the purchaser and will at all times be as determined by the Auctioneer.

Purchasers are not required to pay any commission on items purchased.

At the fall of the hammer all goods are held uninsured at the purchaser's risk.

Every person on the Church Hall premises before, during and after the sale shall be deemed to be there at his or her own risk.  Such person shall have no claim against the organisers in respect of any injury suffered or accident sustained from any cause whatsoever.

The organisers give no warranty on any electrical item as to its safety or working order.  We recommend that the purchaser arranges for any electrical item to be checked out by a qualified electrician prior to use or connection to an electricity supply.
