Speaker Meeting

Neil Tattersall, speaking of the need for exercise as we age.

Our speaker, Neil Tattersall has been a lecturer for 4 years at Aberdeen College working in the sports department.  He has experience of working in the sports industry and has undertaken personal training to a number of top athletes.  He is a big rugby fan and hopes to get himself fit and back playing rugby again soon.
