This was a fun and challenging evening in support of good causes which raised £1360. Thank you to all those who took part.

Pinner Rotary supporting Purple Community Fund

Thank you to all those who took part in our online quiz!

Our quizmasters, Alan and Hilary Coulson, produced another fiendishly clever quiz for us all to enjoy.

Twenty teams took part and we raised £1,360.50 (including gift aid).

We have donated £700 to the Purple Community Fund, PCF aim to help poverty stricken families and communities in the Philippines transform their own lives through skills training, education, health and nutrition programmes.

We have also donated £200 to the Paul Strickland Scanner Centre, £100 of this came from the winning team, Pinner Pirates, who chose this as their charity.

The remainder will be distributed to other Rotary supported charities.
