Christmas with Wickford

The members of the Rotary Club of Wickford usually enjoy Christmas as much as any five year old. This year was no exception. When Santa and his sleigh went out and about in the town, there were the Rotarians making sure he did not get lost. Then a group went up to the Royal Albert Hall to sing carols and see the lights, they got back home very late, tired, but happy. Then when they had their own party who should gatecrash but Santa, with a sack full of presents for the ladies, but Santa wanted a few mince pies and something to drink stronger than coffee.
