Christmas Dinner at Kingsholm

Tonight Gloucester North Rotary held our Christmas Dinner at our venue and didn't the venue do us proud. In festive surroundings we were treated to an excellent Christmas meal.

The event gave Gloucester North Rotary the opportunity to thank the staff for the excellent way they had looked after us throughout the year. President Jim gave the staff a Christmas cheque.

President Jim full of Christmas spirit then gave all the ladies a special gift having first checked the batteries were working.

A range of peg dolls made by a member's wife were on sale. Sale proceeds were given to President Jim's chosen charity - Cystic Fibrosis

Finally we were treated to a range of folk ballads and monologues performed by Hat Scarf & Gloves.

Rotarians and their partners departed in good spirit for the Christmas festivities that lay ahead.
