Hostage Negotiation

A talk by Mr Colin McDougal


This evening, members were hugely entertained by Mr Colin McDougal, a retired policeman with a wealth of experience. Although his talk was entitled 'Hostage Negotiation', as Colin had many long years as the designated negotiator in this Police Region, he decided to regale us instead with several anecdotes garnered from his time with 'the polis'. When we finally managed to stop laughing, the members thanked Colin in the time honoured fashion for a well and truly pleasurable meeting.
