Mock Interviews

Each year the Club facilitates a series of mock interviews for the senior pupils of Crieff High School.  The object of the exercise is to provide the students with experience of "real" external interview situations so as to give them an opportunity to develop or hone their skills for similar situations in the years ahead.  Feedback is given to the students, both positive and negative, in order that they might work on their weaker areas with a view to personal development.

In  2009  28 interviews were organised to take place over two days on 7th and 8th December and feed-back in each case was  provided to each interviewee and to the School.  

In November 2010 the Club repeated the interview exercise and 63 students were interviewed  over four days at  three venues. 

The 2011 programme was completed on 9th November with 38 interviews successfully completed and the 2012 programme ended on 7th November with 59 "applications" having been submitted. Once again we are grateful to Graham & Finlayson W.S. and to Miller Hendry, Solicitors, for kindly providing accommodation in which to conduct the interviews.
