The Rotary International Recipe Book

In the Rotary year 1987/1988, the International Service Committee of the Rotary Club of Newcastle upon Tyne compiled a cookery book as a means of furthering international understanding and, at the same time, to raise funds to be used for other suitable service projects. Witn the help of many of the Embassies of countries from all over the world, the compilers were able to provide not only typical recipes of those countries, but also details of their special day or days when such a meal might be prepared.
