RECRUITMENT & CHANGE COMMITTEE

Some Clubs refer to our Committee as their Membership Committee, but it is our philosophy that before we start recruiting, we must make the Club as friendly and as "up-to-date" as we can, recognising that the existing members are as important as new.

Thus Recruitment and Change leads the process of finding additional members and ensuring all the Club's activities appeal as they should, as well as fulfilling the Rotary Motto of "Service above Self".
