Club Administration is responsible for setting out the club's annual programme which is a mix of events, speakers and committee meetings.

A small team consisting of the SVP, Treasurer, Secretary and Webmaster meets once a month to discuss what is going on in the club and make sure events like the club's charter, carol service and the end of year party are all organised well in advance.

The committee is also responsible for making sure the speakers are booked for the appropriate day and giving members an advance warning of the topic as well as keeping control of the inventory.
