Community Service

Our involvement in community projects can be quite diverse and gives an opportunity for corporates to fulfil their CSR objectives

The Community Service Committee reports:

for the forthcoming year 2021/2022 the Committee has considered causes that have been previously supported.  It was agreed to support Solihull Young Carers,  Rayner House  & the District Special Needs Football event in October (where we sponsor Forest Oak &  Merstone Schools)

The “Be Kind” organisation may be able to self-fund their work, but if not, an application from them would be considered.

The Committee hasa considered  several ideas for fundraising events. These include :  Antiques evening, Wine tasting , Wine & Cheese evening, Fashion Show,  Dragons' Den  & Ballroom Dancing.
