PR for year 2012/13

It is hoped to raise awareness of the changes it Rotary by doing an article in the Gazette about Women in Rotary with input from our female members telling about what they get out of Rotary and what it means to them.   This could also be part of a recruitment drive.   It would hopefully dispel the myth that Rotary is a lunch club for gentlemen.

For the next year we will endeavour to make sure that our webmasters are kept up to date with narrative and photographs of events held locally in order that our website is current and looks inviting for possible new members.

It is hoped also to engage with local events such as Large Car Boot Sales, fetes etc.  and also our own fundraising events to hand out leaflets both on our own club and Rotary in general.   Awareness is raised with every circus show collection by members wearing tabards.
