Members are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure a deputy is in place in the event of their being unable to undertake this task. Please advise both the secretary and webmaster if putting in a deputy. The secretary will send a list of those attending lunch on the morning of your duty so it is important that it goes to the right person.
