The ROTARY CLUB OF BASINGSTOKE TRUST FUND

The Rotary Club of Basingstoke  Charity Trust Fund is operated by this club with a Registered Charity No. of 1035160.  This provides support both locally, nationally and internationally for many needy people.  Our page and more details is available on this link to the Charities Commission website

This is one of the most well known and recognised local Basingstoke charities that also supports in turn many other local charities.  Each year our Rotary Club of Basingstoke raises various funds and these monies are placed into the club's charity account.

Monies collected are accounted for and distributed for charitable purposes. They are watched over and regulated by the Club's Trustees.

Members of the Rotary Club of Basingstoke decide each year where charitable support is needed and where disbursements will be made.

Rotary International has its own charity Rotary Foundation.  Monies collected are used to educate and inform, to encourage world communications and understanding between nations and people, to train peace and other scholars and to generally support and help people around the world.  For information on our ongoing polio elimination programme started in 1985 click here.
