Club Council

Role of the Club Council

Club Council is the governing body of the club to whom the individual club committees report. Ashtead Rotary Club endeavours to operate efficiently and the activities of our Club Council are discussed at our regular business meetings. We are a very open and transparent club and members are kept fully informed of our financial position and the plans of individual committees and the club as a whole. We try to ensure that meetings are kept to a minimum and  focus on issues that need to be addressed or resolved. Any member of Ashtead Rotary Club is welcome to attend a Club Council meeting as a silent observer. For further details about the role of Club Council please contact the club secretary using the form below.
