Stewards for the evening should be at the venue NO later than 6:15 pm and should find a replacement to act for them if they are unable to attend.

Their duties include:

Set out the REGALIA as required.

Welcome visitors and introduce them to the PRESIDENT

Collect monies for the meal and pay the hotel and completing the treasurers analysis form.
