This section is to store the information about the tents jointly owned by the Farnborough and Rushmoor Clubs (Donkey Derby Committee).
Some sections are "public" and can be accessed by clicking the links to the left. Details about borrowing the tents and rates etc are in the "members only" section and you need to sign in and then click the link on the left of the new page to "Members Only Reports" to access.
All bookings are at the discretion of the Farnborough and Rushmoor Rotary Clubs and are restricted to a very limited list of organisations/ people. They are not available for commercial hire.
Contact the current Quartermaster to make bookings. PLEASE do NOT just take the tents or any other item from the store without informing the Quartermaster or in some cases the speocif item owner. If in doubt members of this club should talk to Owen, Kevin M, Glyn or Phil N.
