Running the Club - Administration

The club relies on well run administration of both regular and special events and these duties normally fall within the responsibilities of the Vice President

 

The Vice President often receives assistance from other members to help with the following duties:.

  1. Preparing the plan for the year
  2. Preparing Club Assembly
  3. Communicate with Members
  4. Monitor Attendance
  5. Appoint guest speakers
  6. Agree menus with the Golf Club
  7. Arrange the Christmas Carol Servic
