Pudsey & Pals in the Carfax , 2012 Pancake Races; Charity Markets, Pancake Filling Competition in Swan Walk,  Secret Santa Competitoon in East Street, Quizzes for the Phoenix Club and You Can Do It !...and many more !

Sparks in the Park Sunday 24th July
Wow!  What a busy day.  Started out with a few hundred families with Special
Needs Children having 2 hours in the morning. Benson's Fun Fair, Sussex Fun Days
and Busybody's Face Painting provided everything free of charge and a wonderful
time was had by all. Thanks to Tommy from Benson's, Becky from Sussex Fun Days
and Steve and Jen from Busydays.

The Set4 Success Youth Sports Challenge was held in the afternoon with Teams
from Millais, Forest and Tanbridge scooping the prizes which were presented by
S4S Patrons and Children's TV stars Dave Benson Phillips & Sarah Jane
Honeywell ,and Paralympic Swimming Gold Medalist  Sascha Kindred OBE, and 2012
Olympic Swimming hopeful Callum Hillicks.  Donations of £300 for S4S were
collected on the day.Our Charity Market did roaring trade from the 15000 visitors..... we raised
£270 with our Coconut Shy and hopefully the other stall holders did even
better.

Horsham Inter-Company Boules Competition

This year's Competition was won by Brock & Taylor...again. Runners up
were Sainsburys and Sussex Bootcamps.  Thanks to all who participated and
congrats to the winners

Great Easter Bunny Hunt

Our Great Easter Bunny Hunt ran from April 11th to April 25th.

 Easter Charity Market 

This year's Easter Charity Market was held in the Carfax on Sunday April 17th. This year we were joined by Arthur Lodge's Animal Farm.

New Rotary Club

We are aiming to create a new Rotary Club in Horsham aimed at men and women in the 25 - 40 age range. Anyone interested in having fun whilst serving the Community, please contact us. 

Horsham's Great Charity Pancake Races 

This year's Rotary Pancake Races were run in the Carfax on Tuesday 8th March.

 23 Teams from local Companies and Organisations made it a splendid fun-packed event...and even the sun shone !

A Team from Carfax Markets  won the Sainsbury's Cup for the Winning Team; Munslow Bailey and Gray won the Waitrose Over-40's Cup; Music Bus won the Best Fancy Dress Prize donated by the Non-Stop Party Shop; and the Rotary Club won it's own prize for the Winning Charity. The monies raised from the Event will be

donated as follows... £200 to Chestnut Tree Hospice ( Nominated by the Winning Team) and £200 to St Catherine's Hospice ( The most nominated Charity); £100 to the Dave Vera Lynn Trust and Set4 Success( as the next most nominated Charities). Thanks to everybody who participated, sponsored and supported the Event...and especially to Ringway who provided the Arena and Horsham District Council who helped with the organisation.

Charity Christmas Competition           

The lucky winner of the £1000 Christmas Charity Competition which we ran in conjunction with the traders from The Quarter, Horsham's new shopping and restaurant area, was Mrs Shirley Rae.
