Stall bookings are welcome from all local charities, businesses and other organisations for this popular day in the village calendar. As is normal for the vllage Festival, we are anticipating an exceptional response, so please let us know as soon as possible if you can take part so that we can progress the allocation of stalls. Joining instructions will be sent out at the end of April to the successful applicants, which will be on a first come first served basis

WE PROVIDE: A1 pitch on the green

YOU PROVIDE: Your stall wares, signs, tables, gazebos, staff etc

PITCHES: Open air pitches will be marked out in standard 4 metre x 4 metre (approx) dimensions. Stallholders requiring a longer frontage can secure this by booking two adjacent pitches.

COST: The cost of a standard open air pitch is £30. Pitch fees are payable on booking. We also invite you to make a further voluntary donation. All monies raised by the Festival will go to Local, National and International Charities.

SET-UP / TAKE-DOWN: Stallholders may set-up from 09:00 am to be ready by 12:30 pm but all non-exempt vehicles must be off site by 11.30 am at the latest .  The Procession will start at around 12.30 pm. 

The Festival is expected to end at around 5:00 pm after which vehicles will be allowed back onto the site for stalls to be taken down. Please take any rubbish or unwanted items with you at the end of the day.(The onsite skip is only for the use of the Organisers).


The sale of food and/or beverages for consumption on the Festival site is not permitted on standard stalls. A limited number of franchises for such sales will be available as CATERING STALLS and those wishing to apply for a franchise can obtain further information concerning terms and conditions by contacting Hart Rotary on the telephone number given below.


Stallholders involved with food, either selling or possessing for resale, must comply with the Food and Safety Act 1990. Copies of this booklet can be obtained from 'FOOD SENSE', London SE99 7TT or, telephone: 0208 694 8862

Stallholders are liable for their stalls and contents and should consider taking insurance cover where they may be at risk e.g. from claims for injury sustained in using the stall or stallholder's equipment.


Stall holders are asked to observe the restrictions applicable on the day.
