Diamond Jubilee Charity of the Year Award
Sponsored by Riley & Co, accountants of Halifax at the Courier Community Spirit Awards.
The 7 Rotary Clubs in Calderdale were shortlisted for the award along with Smartmove and Street Angels.
Rotary clubs in Calderdale were shortlisted for the Diamond Jubilee Charity of the Year Award sponsored by Riley & Co at The Courier Community Spirit Awards.
The awards ceremony was held at Berties restaurant on 5 July 2012, hosted by Clare Frisby from BBC Look North.
The Diamond Jubilee Charity of the Year Award was for the organisation that the judges believe had consistently delivered outstanding service to its beneficiaries, promoted and raised its cause, been clear in its goals and strategy, and demonstrated excellence all round.
