The annual trip organised by the Denbigh Aged and Disabled Association took place on Wednesday July 25th. The destination was Snowdonia with a meal at the Tweed Mill in Trefnant on the return journey. About 180 people went on the trip in four coaches, which rendezvoused in Lenten Pool before setting off at 9.00am.
This club has supported the Association for about fifty years by donating the proceeds from the bucket collection from our Roll the Barrel event on Boxing Day to the Association.
The president of the club is always invited to "wave off" the coaches and to say a few words in each coach and this year President Elfed performed this duty admirably.
