Wensleydale Walk

The annual walk around Wensleydale took place on Sunday the 29th of July.


Rotarians Sanderson, Smith, Waterhouse, Robinson and Ratcliffe, together with Pauline, Dianne, Judith, Marilyn and Judith enjoyed a 4 mile saunter from Leyburn to Wensley, which followed a good pub lunch at the Three Horseshoes Inn at Wensley and featured no less than two cream teas, one unexpected, halfway around the walk, when we chanced upon a farmer's wife, serving scones, cake and Wensleydale cheese from her pretty caravan
