District Governor Roger Heath and his wife Ann visit LifeLine 2012

Today, the Club welcomed more visitors to their LifeLine event today.

District Governor Roger Heath and wife Ann were shown around the scenarios by President John Ward.

We also welcomed former Oswestry Rotarians Bob and Kath Humphreys who were visiting the area from France with their friend Simon Lartaud.

Simon Lartaud (27) is a friend of former Oswestry Rotarian Bob Humphreys and a Quaker like Kath. Bob and Kath now live permanently in the Auvergne area of France. Simon is visiting England for 3 weeks to improve his English and visited LifeLine today to see what our club is doing for young people in the area.

Simon lives in Grenoble, although he is originally from Valence. He qualified 4 years ago with a diploma  (BPJEPS) in sports and popular education for young people. He specialised in 'leisure' and now works with 18 - 25-year-olds supporting them in organising social, cultural or environmental projects.

He works for Unis Cit
