Robin Leitch is the the Dstrict Youth Opportunities Conveenor. Gourock Rotary has always supported the youth in our community with various events such as the Young Musicians, Art Design Technology and Creative Writing competition as well as sponsoring youths to The Ocean Sailing Club Tall Ships Cruises. Robin recognised this and congratulated the club on its activities. He went on to mention all the activities that the district were involved in and though supporting district initiatives realised that each club had its own way of connecting with the youth in their area. Robin gave us an in depth insight into the workings of district for youth and his talk was enjoyed by all.
