90th Anniversary

Charter Dinner, to be held on Friday 6th September 2013 in The Halfway House Hotel, Kingseat.


The Club celebrates its 90th Anniversary in 2013. Athough the Charter date is 20th July, a formal event will not take place until Friday 6th September when a Dinner is to be held in The Halfway House Hotel, Kingseat. Guests Speakers will include Provost Jim Leishman and the Hon Willie Rennie MP.

The Rotary Club of Cowdenbeath celebrated its 90 birthday on 18 July 2013, 90 years to the day since it was chartered in 1923. A company of 30 members and their spouses enjoyed lunch in the Halfway House Hotel after longest serving cut a birthday cake.
