McLarens Prestige Lecture

The McLarens Prestigue Lecture

A sell out audience of 500 people experienced a wonderful evening of nostalgia, emotion and amazement as Managing Director of McLaren Racing, Jonathan Neale, and McLarens partner ambassador, Peter Staynor  presented an evening about the history of McLarens and highlights from the 2012 F1 season. The evening was attended by Mayor and Mayoress of Woking Michael and Anne Smith and made all the more memorable by the presence of a special guest Patty McLaren widow of the company founder Bruce McLaren.

The evening was arranged to raise money for the Rotary Foundation which has played a major role in the elimination of polio as well as two local charities, Woking Hospice and Link Leisure.
