Information about the Annual Dock Tower Event to raise money for charity.

 DOCK TOWER CHARITY EVENT.

This year the annual Dock Tower climb and abseil is taking place on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th July.

Once again we have gained permission form ABP to utilise this outstanding feature of Grimsby and raise money for local charities.

The incoming President of Grimsby Rotary (2013-2014) Gordon Chapman announced to the club this years dates for  annual event in July.

He is supporting two local charities this year namely the Sea Cadets and CatZero.

So if you want a new challenge, why not abseil down the Dock Tower,or why not walk up to the top of the Tower to take a different view of Grimsby,Cleethorpes, the Humber and surrounding countryside. Having walked up the Tower on many occasions I can assure that  you will not be disappointed with the view from the top.
