Our speaker on April 30th was Roy Charlesworth a debt councillor with Denbighshire CAB.
He said that debt was now a massive problem and affecting a very wide range of society in all geographical areas. His work was to advise clients on how best they could deal with their debts which often was in the tens of thousands of pounds.
There are a number of options in which debt can be tackled all with their own set of advantages and disadvantages and much depends on the amount of debt and personal circumstances.
The talk generated a large number of questions which Roy answered fully.
