Young People and Rotary
Youngsters from Cornish and Plymouth Schools impress local Rotarians.
Rotarians attending their recent District Assembly at St. Austell were treated to presentations by young people from schools in Plymouth and Cornwall. After an introduction by Stephen Lay, the incoming District Governor, three youngsters gave a talk about the 'End Polio Campaign' in the style of a Youth Speaks presentation. A second group from the Interact Club of Penryn College gave a short talk on their fund raising schemes. Please watch the video below which demonstrates what young people can achieve and reflects how Rotary gives service to the youth of today.
