Burmese Evening(with partners) in The Croft Hall, Hungerford. Arranged by Annabel King.

Hungerford Croft Hall was transformed into a Burmese temple for Hungerford Rotary Club's Burmese Evening on April 26th.  Burmese dancers in amazing outfits entertained the 70 guests with spectacular dance routines including a live! puppet dance and a celebration of the Water Festival.
Dr Hla Thin spoke about his work in an impoverished Burmese village giving healthcare and guidance to the villagers and their children.  Win Min King, President Annabel King's daughter in law, and Tin Tin Aye cooked a delicious authentic Burmese meal and the evening finished with guests joining the dancers in a Burmese dance!
Approximately 1900 was raised, which will be donated by Rotary to support Dr Hla Thin's work in healthcare and education in the Burmese village.
