R.C. of Otter Valley Twinning Visit to Dun Laoghaire R.C.

Ten couples should have flown out for the 22nd. anniversary of our Twinning with Dun Laoghaire R.C. Regretfully, due to a very bad slip on the stairs at her home, resulting in her breaking her T.9 vertebra Lady Beryl, Joint President of our IWOV, was unable to join us and this meant that President John could only fly over for a shortened visit, but proudly
