Community and Vocational Focus

The Community and Vocational function is an important part of Llantwit Major Rotary Club. It ensures that we help and support clubs and individuals in our local area so that everyone has the same opportunities .
The Club raises money throughout the year and diverts it to good causes.
These include :-
Collections for the Marie Curie Charity.
Support for the local school breakfast club.
Supporting the local food bank.
Providing financial support for prizes in our annual Vocal and Instrumental Competitions.
Providing financial support for a cookery Competition in our local school.
Making and selling facemasks during lockdown to provide scrubs for our local hospital, surgeries and Old People's Home.
