A Triumphant return to Trier
Those Rotarians and their Partners who travelled to Trier on Friday 19th September were in full agreement that the weekend spent with our twinned Rotary Club Hermeskeil und Hunsruck was a total triumph.
We could not believe how smoothly the travelling went with Luxair and London City Airport coming up trumps.
Our German friends were just wonderful and apart from losing President Ray and Sylvia one lunchtime everything went without a hitch.
Our meals and trips together were wonderful and the highlight of the weekend was the club dinner on Saturday night. Congratulations to both Presidents for their thoughtful and interesting speeches.
