THE SHELTERBOX TYPHOON HAIYAN APPEAL
St. Ives Rotary, like so many others, were moved to contribute quickly to assist fund-raising in the wake of the appalling disaster which hit the Philippeans.
Rotarian Mike Clough, Chaiman of th St. Ives Rotary annual 'Postcard Art Sale' committee, proposed that funds raised in September from the sale (apart from funds already promised for local schoolchildren and the local arts community) be made available to the disaster relief efforts.
