President Graham Smith welcomed 12 other members, and the Secretary read the Council Minutes. International convener Douglas Dow asked for one or two members to assist in running the Bridge Night in the Rugby Club on Friday March 21 in aid of Mercy Ships.
The weekly raffle for a whisky miniature was won by Jack Rudram, while the monthly raffle, this time for a bottle of Old Pulteney 12 year-old malt whisky, was won by Bill Deans. Bill said: "It is very appropriate. Old Pulteney is distilled in Wick, where I used to live."
