Raise funds for your favourite charity with our sponsored walk

Join us on this wonderful Springtime walk, enjoying the views of the Hampshire countryside around Hannington near Kingsclere. This annual event enables you to raise money for your favourite charity by getting your friends and colleagues to sponsor you.

The Walks - there are three circular walks to choose from ranging from 4 miles to 10 miles (estimated) starting and finishing at the radio mast at Hannington. Each walk is signposted and marshalled and there is a Treasure trail for younger children on the 4 mile route. Walkers are asked to start between 9am and 10am on the day so that the event can conclude by 2pm. At the conclusion of the Walk there is a barbecue and refreshments which is included in the cost of entry.

Sponsorship - get your friends and colleagues to sponsor you for your chosen distance. Once you have collected all your sponsor money this is sent to the event organiser. The Rotary Club then pass on 90% of this money to your designated charity and 10% will be passed to Rotary's nominated charities, including in this instance the Basingstoke Branch of Riding for the Disabled.

Entry - You can either download an Entry Form or complete the online Entry Form by clicking on the links below. Payment for your entry can either be made by cheque (as indicated on the form) or electronically through our BTDonate web page. The BTDonate site can also be used to create your own sponsorship web page (Click on "Start Fundraising and follow the instructions) and eventually remit your sponsor money to us. Cost of entry to the Walk is
