A Busy Lunch
Lunch Meeting 11th June
On Wednesday 11th June there was an unusual lunch meeting with THREE speakers and lunch was still finished by 2.10 pm.
The first speaker was Colin Benney, from Helston, who will be the Assistant District Governor for West Cornwall, from 1st July. Colin gave us a brief but informative look at incoming officers and next year's inspirational Logo.

This was followed by Wendy Clifford from The Wilshire Club of Los Angeles, who told us about the recent convention in Sydney, Australia. Wendy is looking forward to the next Convention, in Sao Paulo, Brazil from 7th to 10th June 2015.

Finally our 2014 Rotary Youth Leadership candidate, Casey Stroud, gave us a talk, before going on his course on Dartmoor, next month. Casey, who married a few weeks ago, will return after the course to relate his training experiences.
