As in previous years the venue will be the OGH.
A menu (click HERE), booking form (click HERE), and drinks order form (click HERE) are attached for members to complete and submit as follows:
Booking form - Please add the names and menu choices of your party (maximum 10 per table) taken from the attached menu and give to Art Leadbeater along with a cheque for £45.00 per person to be done by Friday 6th March 2015. Art's address and payment details are on the form.
Drinks list - Please complete your requirements on the form and then post or drop off to the OGH your choices along with a cheque to cover the cost. This must be done by Wednesday 11th March 2015.
Charter Night is always a special night for our Club and is the one evening when we all get together to celebrate another successful year of the club. Please do your very best to attend and of course friends are also welcome.
Format for the evening:
Meet at 7.00
Pre dinner drink on arrival (Prosecco)
Tables of 10
£45.00 per Person (cheques payable to "The Rotary Club of Guernsey")
Dress code - Black tie
Carriages from 11.30
Elastic Band will be playing, so plenty of time for dancing.
